In this video, I’m sharing a deeper clearing procedure for removing Energetic Hooks, Cords, and Webs from the Navel/Solar Plexus area. This space, around your stomach and abdomen, is known as the Feeling Vortex.
When the Feeling Vortex is too open, sensitive beings can absorb other people’s emotions, thoughts, and fears. As a result, you may unconsciously process their energy as if it were your own. You may also allow others to “hook” into your field because they are drawn to your Light, or you may take on their projections in ways that affect your self-worth. These patterns can appear with anyone, including the people closest to you.
Over time, this centre can accumulate heavy energetic residue. Consequently, you might experience depletion, confusing dynamics, or a growing disconnection from your truth and your body. Regular clearing keeps the centre balanced, harmonised, and well-resourced.
